PLACING AN ORDER

We will confirm receipt of your order, calculate your shipping and handling for your order and email you back the total with an invoice.
All funds are in Canadian dollars.
Orders normally ship the day of or the day following receipt of payment. All orders are shipped Expedited by Canada Post unless other arrangements are made.
Preferred methods of payment are: E-mail money transfer (which you can do if you have online banking in Canada), Cheque or Money Order and Pay Pal. Please state your method of payment at the time of ordering and we will contact you with the information you need to mail a cheque, money order, etc.
SHIPPING
The minimum price of shipping within Canada is approx. 6.95. The shipping cost will increase depending on the weight of the package and the distance travelled.
Shipping within Canada is sent EXPEDITED via Canada Post. This service includes insurance as well as tracking numbers. Believe it or not, it is actually cheaper and quicker than regular snail mail.
If you wish to have your order shipped by another method, please indicate this in the comments section of the order form. Shipping charges will be adjusted according to your choice of courier.
For those order being shipped to the USA, you can choose whether you want your package to be delivered via ground (usually takes from 1-4 weeks, depending on distance and customs) or via AIR (this usually only takes a few days).
All shipping is done from Brantford, Ontario, N3T 4X6
Shipping costs are as close to actual as is possible. Costs are based on destination, size of package and weight.
